What are previous clients saying??.....

"Thank you so much for all of your hard work and time.  The new structure looks great!  I am going to have our builder friend look at it to give me an estimate so maybe we can get this thing started.  I appreciate you making the process so easy and stress free."

Residential/Small Commercial Design

Whether you're a Building Contractor or a Homeowner, New Dimensions can SAVE YOU MONEY and increase the quality of your residential or small commercial projects in the following ways:
  • "Dreams to Reality" - We take great pride in helping you take your ideas for a new home or addition from dream to reality.  We'll take any ideas that you have and take them to the next step by creating Custom Architectural Plans.  We'll continue to work on these ideas with you until you are satisfied.

  • "Stay Legal, Stay Safe" - No matter which state you live in, most renovation projects including decks, kitchen/bath remodels, and additions will require a building permit.  These regulations ensure that your new construction meets all safety regulations and protects the value of your property.  New Dimensions will research the regulations that are applicable to your city or town and put together a complete design set for the review and approval of the Building Department.  In some cases, the Building Dept. may require that you utilize the services of a Professional Engineer.  We can help you with this as well.

  • "Apples to Apples" - If you're a homeowner, looking to get quotations from multiple builders, our construction plans may be distributed to each of them for pricing.  Prices can be much more competitive and accurate when the estimate can be performed with actual plans rather than on an "idea."  On the other hand, if you're a builder, our plans provide a clear picture to provide the homeowner with to ensure that all parties are in agreement on what the final product should look like.  In each case, a win-win scenario is created for all parties involved.

  • "Virtual Foresight" - Since our construction plans will "virtually" construct your project, we have the ability to detect conflicts with existing structural, mechanical or architectural elements well before the first nail is hammered.
