Structural Engineering Design & Inspections

 

 

Depending on the size, use, or configuration of your structure, you may be required by the Building Code to have designs prepared and sealed by a Professional Engineer.  New Dimensions Design has the ability to provide these services in The State of Connecticut.  Some common uses of the service are the following:

  • Residential Remodeling (removal of load-bearing walls, unconventional framing, etc.)
  • Multi-Family and/or Mixed Use Buildings Remodeling (Egress alterations, remodeling)
  • Small Commercial Alterations (Roof Top Unit Changes, Tenant Fit out)
  • Foundation and Structural Framing Inspections (Foundation Cracking, Framing Questions)
